‘Marlboro Reds’ is a first step into Vacant Weekend - a forthright beginning. The band have had almost all of the tunes off their debut ep in the locker from the age of about 16 and have developed the tracks to the point they are now as 19/20 year olds. This ep sets the stage for upcoming releases and an established sound, it’s a firm foot forward but nowhere near the end of what the band has in mind.
